Logan and Page are outstanding coaches.Posted on Google Lita BonitaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined Alloy Fitness when they first opened back in May, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and strength. Since starting, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger, built lean muscle, and feel more confident in my body than I have in years. What truly sets Alloy apart is the coaching. Every workout is intentional, personalized, and focused on proper form, which makes a huge difference not only in results but in preventing injury. The coaches genuinely care, they pay attention, push you when you need it, and support you when you do. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and judgment-free. No egos, no chaos, just smart programming and a community that wants to see everyone succeed. I also love that the workouts are efficient. I can walk out knowing I got a solid, effective session without wasting time. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll actually see progress, feel supported, and enjoy showing up, Alloy Fitness is it. I can’t recommend it enough.Posted on Google Heather JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had a great experience at this small group gym. The trainers are attentive, knowledgeable, and always focused on proper form. Sessions are limited to six people, so I still get plenty of personal attention. I really value the one-on-one coaching for progress check-ins and nutrition support, plus the flexible scheduling makes it easy to stay consistent.Posted on Google Kathleen GeorgeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been training at Alloy Personal Training since they opened and I'm so much stronger and more flexible physically than when I started. I've also made new friends that I enjoy working out with and also being accountable to. It's been so much fun!Posted on Google Stephanie FosterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alloy is a great place to get a personalized workout. Sessions have no more than six clients, allowing for one-on-one attention and camaraderie with others. The policies are flexible and supportive. Great vibes all around!Posted on Google Kathy HenkeniusTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am 67 and hadn't "gym-ed" for years. I've been going to Alloy for about four months now and there's so much I like about it. First, the classes are small and the workouts are tailored to each person individually. I get the constructive criticism, feedback, and encouragement that I need, not just from the trainers, but from fellow workout participants. Although my schedule hasn't allowed me to attend any of them, I like that they organize get-togethers (pickle ball meets, classes, "parties" ) that builds camaraderie and sense of community. As we are retired and travel quite a bit, I appreciate that I can schedule make up classes or even pause my membership for extended trips. There's lots to love about Alloy. I can tell I'm getting stronger, my balance is improving, and I look forward to continued improvement!Posted on Google Carrie KielyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I really appreciate the supervision. I have had some negative experiences elsewhere with staff who weren’t very observant, so this environment is really reassuring. The encouragement also helps, but it’s the expertise that counts!Posted on Google Jennifer HughesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A personal training experience. Love the people love the trainers, just a great experience.

FAQ

What is Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group Personal Training is the “sweet spot” of fitness. You receive the customized programming and expert coaching of a one-on-one session, but in a small group of up to six people. This format provides a high level of accountability and professional guidance at a more affordable price point than traditional private training.
I haven’t worked out in years. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. At Alloy, we meet you where you are today. We don’t believe in “one size fits all” workouts. Every exercise is scaled to your current fitness level and ability. Our goal is to help you get stronger safely, not to push you until you’re exhausted.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit is a “Starting Point” session. We’ll sit down to discuss your health history and goals, then perform a simple movement assessment. This allows us to create a plan that is perfectly tailored to your body and ensures you start your fitness journey on the right foot.
Can I train if I have old injuries or joint pain?
Yes—in fact, that is our specialty. We focus on functional movements that build strength while protecting your joints. We help you work around (and often improve) those nagging aches and pains so you can stay active for the long haul.

Stronger. Together.
